Scan your clients and your audience

You haven't started for very long, but you've already seen the stage up close.

You probably remember who your audience was. Analyse them. Ask yourself if this audience pleased you. Did they like you? Now visualise your ideal audience, your experiences are your starting point. The next question is who your clients could be. Look at the websites of established speakers. Which conferences do they attend? Also scour LinkedIn and make a list of the names of the decision makers. Important; where is the money? Such desk research never ends. Keep your ears and eyes open.
