Option 2: The Nine Environments Scan, for those who want to see where their life really leaves tension or space

In this session of about two hours we map out the nine environments of your life. Physical, mental, emotional, relational, financial and more. You get a surprising overview of where your energy is leaking, where your growth awaits and what you need to tackle immediately. It is a visual, direct way to see yourself from the outside again. You leave the room with peace in your head, direction in your agenda and a clear decision in your heart. This session is also the most natural springboard to the mentor year for those who feel: I am ready for structural deepening.

Letting go of what is no longer right
Do you feel that your way of working, leading or living no longer suits you? In this in-depth session (2 hours or a little longer) I will expose the system that keeps you small and we will explore what you need to do. No standard coaching, but an unraveling of what still controls you. For those who dare to look under the hood of their own success.

Option 3: The Strategic Mirror Session, for those who dare to doubt his course

For those who feel: I am at a crossroads and want to choose a direction that is right. This is not an intake and not a non-binding introduction. This is a one-on-one session in which you spar, brainstorm and compare for two hours with a mentor who listens like a monk and pricks like a strategist. We bring your question back to the core. You will not only get an overview, but also an impetus for the first strategic move. This session is suitable for entrepreneurs, leaders and decision-makers who temporarily think too much and see too little. At the end you will feel what you already knew: you no longer have to do it alone.

Making room for who you really are
Maybe everything is working and yet it feels like you have lost yourself somewhere along the way. This session (2 hours) is for leaders who want to embody something bigger: more peace, more direction, more impact. Option 4: The Leadership Odyssey: a year-long program for leaders who want to find their true course

Some leaders feel it at the first meeting: “This is not just a trajectory, this is a path.” This annual program is intended for those who want to go deep, not to do more, but to be more aware. Sharper, lighter, more powerful. We start with an extensive introduction, in which we get to know each other sharply as people, as professionals, as a system in motion. No intake, but a meeting with meaning. This is followed by a series of well-considered assessments at different times. No checklists, but mirrors. Each instrument serves to make the blind spots visible and to allow the silent forces to emerge.
I use these insights to design a personal implementation plan. Not as a strict step-by-step plan, but as a living compass. In this we set the course for the year together: your themes, your pace, your breakthroughs. Only then does the actual annual program begin: one-on-one mentoring, tailored to the rhythms of your life and leadership. Systemic, psychological and spiritually based. Fixed in structure, free in form. We work in a slowed-down intensity, with room for growth, integration and
unexpected twists. This is not guidance on content, but on identity.
