When we hear the word 'leader' we think of an autonomous, fairly aggressive and above all authoritarian warrior. Iron-eating men and women who know the answer to all questions and who may have doubts, but then mainly in silence.
But no, that's not how it is. Real great leaders β namely β do not operate on their own. Real great leaders forge alliances, build a following and seek dialogue. Real great leaders make their entire team successful. Joint leadership creates mutual success. And is therefore the most sustainable.
