Executive Coaching is not peanut butter
Coaching nowadays seems most like the peanut butter aisle in the supermarket. Cheap, expensive, classic, responsible, light and with crunchy chunks; it's widely available. Yet it's all the same. Made from ground peanuts, meant to make your sandwich more moist. Your best version of your sandwich may be created with the peanut butter of your choice.
It is the same with coaching. A coach is a professional guide.
A coach helps you to be the best version of yourself. And you might achieve that with the coach from the shelf. Who knows.
Cheap, expensive, classic, responsible, light or with crunchy chunks.
You can buy peanut butter ready-made.
Leadership is created.
You won't find executive coaching on the store shelf.
That wouldn't be possible either.
Executive coaching is not a ready-made product.
Executive coaching creates excellent leadership.
- Hard results, greater productivity, more personal gain
- Powerful learning processes β about yourself, for example
- Reflection
- Awareness of your own functioning. Your blockages, your learned behavior, your mantras, your attitude
- Support
- To trust
- Clarity about your goals and your positions

Executive coaching. No peanut butter.
